A frank and honest autobiography of Peter Mendham, a former Norwich City midfielder who made 267 first team appearances for the Canaries between 1978 and 1987. After he was forced to retire as a professional due to injury, Mendham continued to play in non-league football and scored the winning goal for Diss Town in the 1994 F.A. Vase Final. However, he subsequently became troubled and, in 2007, was jailed for 7½ years after intentionally wounding his girlfriend with a knife. Published in 2019.
