A biography of Carmen Pomiès, a significant figure in the history of women's football during the interwar years. Pomiès won medals throwing the javelin in international competitions and played football for Femina Sports and France, facing the Dick, Kerr Ladies team on many occasions and making lifelong friends among their players. During the Second World War, Pomiès was active in the French Resistance and later settled in New York to work for the United Nations. Published in 2022.
