Club International Top Matches – XIX Century 1872-1880

This full-colour book, the first in a series, contains statistics for the first 'International' matches played by clubs between the years of 1872 and 1880. All these were British clubs and the book covers any match played between the first teams of clubs, first team versus second teams, versus regional or city selections, or versus national team selections.

Many of the matches have full-line ups, with others just the matchday, venue and final result.
The second part of the book lists the teams which played these games and includes the club crest, jersey colours, any changes of names in the period, a note of the home stadium and a list of players used. Published in 2026.
